Terms of Service

By buying a Nickwang Studio product you agree to the following.

What you receive. A digital product delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. No physical item is shipped.
Your licence. You may use the files in your own classroom, with all of your own classes and students. You may edit the Word and PowerPoint files and adapt the wording for your school's report format.
What you may not do. You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, as your own product or as part of someone else's product; you may not upload them to a file-sharing service, template marketplace or course platform; and you may not use them to train or generate competing products for sale.
Multiple teachers. One purchase covers one teacher. Schools that need several teachers to use the kit should buy one copy per teacher.
What this product is not. It is an independent resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any school district, curriculum publisher or examination board. It contains no student data; the sample class inside the workbook is fictional.
No professional advice. The comment bank and conference material are teaching aids, not legal, medical or psychological advice. You remain responsible for what you write about a student.
Availability. We aim to keep download links working. If a link expires, contact us and we will replace it at no cost.
Liability. The product is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

What we collect. When you buy, our payment provider collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address and the details of what you bought, so that we can deliver the files and answer questions about your order.
What we do not do. We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers. We do not run an account system, and we do not ask you to create a password.
Payments. Card and wallet details are handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see your card number.
Cookies and analytics. These pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Your choices. Write to us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will remove what we are not required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Student data. Please do not send us student names or records. Our files are designed to be used on your own device, and the workbook ships with a fictional sample class only.

Broken or misdescribed files. If the files will not open, are incomplete, or do not match what this site describes, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — you do not need to argue your case.
Change of mind. Because this is a digital download that cannot be returned, we cannot refund a purchase after the files have been downloaded, unless they are faulty or misdescribed as above. Please use the free sample to judge the product before you buy.
How to ask. Email the address below with your order reference and the problem. We reply to refund requests and process approved refunds through the original payment method.
Your statutory rights. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
